LX-BM-18
Three of these use air compression: fabric sleeves containing bladders that inflate in sequence along the leg. The fourth is an enclosed foot unit you put both feet into.
Among the compression units the difference is coverage and control. LX-BM-18 is one sleeve with a controller that reads out pressure in mmHg. LX-BM-19 is a pair of full-leg boots with a session timer. LX-BM-20 is the most fully specified unit on this page, covering foot, calf and thigh with six named modes, three strengths and three heat levels — and if you want heat as well as compression, it is the only one of the three that has it.
One caution belongs up front rather than buried, because it is the whole reason to read before buying: compression is not suitable for every leg. The safety notes under each product are not boilerplate.

One zippered leg sleeve with a handheld controller. Three modes — Sequence, Circulation and Whole — and a pressure readout in mmHg.

Full-leg boots supplied as a pair, with a controller showing a session timer, play/pause and level keys.

Covers foot, calf and thigh as a pair. Six modes, three strength settings and three heat levels, all named on the controller.

Enclosed unit you put both feet into, with heat and red light inside. Three intensity levels and three modes on the top panel.

A single zippered leg sleeve supplied with a handheld controller. The controller screen is the useful part: it reads out pressure in mmHg and a time figure, and lists three modes down the left — Sequence, Circulation and Whole — with a leg diagram and level bars alongside.

Safety. Compression devices are not suitable for everyone. Do not use them on a leg with a known or suspected blood clot, an open wound or an active skin infection, and ask a clinician first if you have a circulatory condition, heart failure, or diabetes with reduced sensation in the legs.

Full-length boots supplied as a pair and marked Recovery Boots along the side. The HOUZAIDE controller shows a session time — 35:00 in the photograph — with play/pause, level, timer and power keys beneath it.

Safety. If you have diabetes with reduced sensation in the feet, check with a clinician before using a heated foot device — reduced sensation means you may not feel heat that is too high for your skin.

Anyone with a known or suspected blood clot in the leg, an open wound, or an active skin infection should not use one. If you have a circulatory condition, heart failure, or diabetes with reduced sensation in the legs, ask a clinician before buying. This is not a formality: compression applied to a leg with a clot is genuinely dangerous.
No. These are wellness products for comfort and recovery after activity. Medical intermittent pneumatic compression is prescribed and supervised by a clinician for specific conditions. Do not substitute one for the other.
LX-BM-18 displays pressure in mmHg on its controller, but the range is not printed on the photograph and we have published no figure for any of the three. Ask on WhatsApp and we will confirm from the packaging.
Not stated on the product photograph, so we have not published a figure. Send us your shoe size on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you order.
Ask your clinician first. If sensation in your feet is reduced you may not feel heat that is too high for your skin, which is exactly how a burn happens without being noticed. Our foot care section covers protective products designed for that situation.
