LX-BM-09
This is the broadest group in the range, and the six split cleanly into three kinds that feel completely different in use.
Worn around the neck: LX-BM-09 and LX-BM-14, both heated — one adds electrical pulse stimulation, the other shows its working temperature on screen. Draped over the shoulders: LX-BM-10 and LX-BM-11, which use kneading nodes and reach the shoulders as well as the neck, and LX-BM-10 lets you set the pressure yourself by pulling on its straps. Used lying down: LX-BM-13, a curved cervical pillow with a wired remote. LX-BM-12 sits on its own — small, strapped on, and usable while you move about.

U-shaped unit worn around the neck. Heated contact pads, red light points along the arm, and electrical pulse stimulation between the pads.

Draped over the shoulders, with two kneading pillows underneath and long straps you pull on to set the pressure yourself.

Padded cushion with four kneading nodes arranged in two pairs, on a frame that rests over the shoulders.

Small cordless unit held against the neck by an adjustable strap, with a massage head moulded as splayed fingers.

Curved pillow you lie back on, with a wired remote carrying AUTO, HEAT, two memory modes and up/down keys.

Pink strap-on unit with a round display showing the working temperature in degrees Celsius alongside battery and mode icons.

A U-shaped unit that rests around the back of the neck. The two inner contact pads heat, red light points run along the arm, and the product imagery shows electrical pulse stimulation passing between the pads. The control module on the right-hand side carries a mode button with plus and minus either side of it.

Safety. Devices that pass an electrical pulse through the skin are not suitable for everyone. If you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have a heart condition or epilepsy, ask a clinician before using this product.

This unit is draped over the shoulders rather than worn. Two kneading pillows sit underneath the padded yoke, and the long straps cross in front so you can pull down on them to decide how much pressure the pillows apply — the adjustment is yours, not the motor’s. Four buttons sit on the left strap.

Safety. Neck traction and cervical support devices are not suitable for every neck. If you have had neck surgery, a disc problem, osteoporosis or unexplained neck pain, ask a clinician whether this product is appropriate for you before using it.

The distinguishing feature here is the display: a round screen on the lower body showing the working temperature in degrees Celsius, next to a battery icon and mode symbols. A four-segment round button sits above it, and the body is held by a grey adjustable strap.

LX-BM-10 and LX-BM-11. Both are draped over the shoulders with kneading nodes underneath, so they work the shoulder as well as the neck. The strap-on units reach the neck only.
LX-BM-09 passes an electrical pulse between its two contact pads as well as applying heat and red light. The others use mechanical kneading, vibration or heat only. A pulse device is not suitable for everyone, so read the safety note on that product.
LX-BM-09 heats its contact pads, LX-BM-14 shows the working temperature in degrees Celsius on its display, and LX-BM-13 has a HEAT key on its remote. For LX-BM-10, LX-BM-11 and LX-BM-12 we could not confirm a heat function from the photographs, so we have not claimed one.
Not the pulse model, LX-BM-09. Devices that pass an electrical pulse through the skin are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or an implanted electronic device. For any other model, ask the clinician who looks after your device.
We cannot tell you that, and we are not going to suggest it. These are wellness products, not treatments for a diagnosed spine condition. If you have a disc problem, nerve symptoms down the arm, or neck pain you cannot explain, see a clinician first and ask specifically whether a massager or a traction device is safe in your case.
It is a curved support used lying down, and its remote has AUTO and HEAT keys plus two memory positions. What the up and down keys adjust is not clear from the photograph, so we have listed that as unconfirmed rather than describe the product as traction.
